  • Project Proposal: It is a guide for both the implementer and the target recipient in attaining tasks while they are in community immersion.
  • Title: the title of the project must capture the need and
    present the name of recipients to be served. It must be catchy to
    the readers. It must be written in all capital letters, bold and
    centered.
  • Project Proponents: this enumerates the names of
    persons to be involved in the project, their year level, rank,
    contact info and address or college. If there are several activities
    that requires several leaders in every undertaking, names must be
    specified per activity.
  • Implementing Units/Implementers: it must be
    noted that in writing this part of the proposal, capital letters must
    be used to differentiate from the project proponents.
  • Project Duration: specify days, weeks, and months
    needed to complete the project. Specify when the project will
    commence and when will it be finished. You may attach a Gantt
    Chart based on the length of the project.
  • Objectives of the Project: The project's objectives must be stated in practical terms, outlining what you plan to do to address any identified project-related issues. Specific, quantifiable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound objectives are required (SMART). Declare
    clearly, using the appropriate verbs, what you intend to do in
    relation to the underlying issues within a specific timeframe.
  • Justification of the Project: -discuss the importance of the prepared project in solving or
    providing action to help solve existing problems in the community.
    Give the expected output, benefits delivered from it, benefits for the
    recipients..
  • Coverage: the area or vicinity covered by the project and type of clients to be served should be reflected. This gives focus to whom the project is for and the extent of its implementation.
  • Methodology: -the activities or strategies that should be undertaken in order to achieve the objectives of the project.
