Interval Training is the space of time with period of two events.
Interval Training needs recovery or rest.
Interval Training must undergo in between two exercises.
Interval Training is the combination of slow and fast exercises that involves speed.
The types of variation under interval training is Walkback Sprinting and Fartlek Training.
Walkback sprinting is the process.
Fartleck Training is the speedplay.
Tempo/ Continuous Training is how fast you do an exercise that involves speed.
Tempo/ Continuous Training is a continuous moving exercise without rest involved.
Tempo/ Continuous Training does movement with three intensities which are slow, moderate, and fast intensity.

Circuit Training is a form of conditioning and combining resistance training and high intensity aerobics.
Circuit Training involves various of stations.
Weights Training focuses on the strength training.
Plyometric Training is for jump training.
Frequency is how often you exercise.
Frequency is measured by the days per week.
Intensity is how hard you exercise.
Time is the duration of exercise.
The duration of exercise shall always be 1-3 minutes.
Type is which exercise or activites will you do.
Weights training use equipments like barbells, dumbbells and weight machines.
Resistance Training involves muscles which we can use different training equipment.
