    MOA: Prostaglandin E2 analogue
    Indication: Induction of labour, stimulates contraction
    Administration: vaginal
    SE: Bronchospasm, uterine hypertonus
  • Oxytocin?
    MOA: Increase Ca release from stores
    Indications: induction or augmentation of labour
    SE: need to ensure not too much
  • Ergometrine?
    MOA: Uterine and vascular smooth muscle contraction
    Indication: PPH with uterine atony
