evaluation

• we only went at one time of year - went in the summer when tourists were at the highest - may not be like this all year around
• only visited 2 sites - the rest of whitby may be less effected by tourism
• cannot tell who is a tourist or who is a local - subjective and opinion based
• only did the traffic count at one time of day - may have been in a traffic rush but may be a lot less the rest of the time
