Place the Leslie cube on the heatproof mat and fill it with boiling water.
Allow the cube to reach thermal equilibrium.
Use the infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of each surface (shiny, dull, black, white) from the same distance.
Record the temperatures for each surface.
