  • Service Level Agreements (SLA) is a formal commitment about the expected level of service between customer and provider. Any breach will result to compensations through Financial or Service Credits.
  • Service Level Indicator (SLI) is a metric/measurement that indicates what measure of performance is used e.g. uptime, performance, availability, throughput, latency, error rate, durability and correctness.
  • Service Level Objective (SLO) objectives that provider has agreed to meet.
