  • DAILY TIME RECORD must be brought every class schedule and signed by the instructor. If not, student will be absent.
  • STUDENTS must be on time always. COMING LATE in NSTP2 class is strictly not allowed especially in DUTY.
  • STUDENTS must follow their original class schedule.
  • STUDENTS must LOG their information in logbook before going to DUTY.
  • FAILURE TO ATTEND DUTY will automatically be having an IP GRADE or
    FAILED GRADE after the semester. It means students didn’t meet the 54 to 90 hours requirement by the CHED.
  • NO UNIFORM NO DUTY POLICY
  • STUDENTS must wear their NSTP2 UNIFORMS every NSTP2 class schedule as well as DUTY hours.
  • The LOWER GARMENTS must be pants, jeans, black pants but NOT RIPPED JEANS, LEGGINGS, SHORTS and SKIRTS.
  • STUDENTS must wear appropriate shoes in every duty and NOT HEELS or
    SANDALS.
  • ID must be worn at all times.
  • JEWELRIES OR ACCESSORIES are not allowed to wear in DUTY.
  • STUDENTS must wear FACEMASK at all times especially in a crowded area or close space.
  • STUDENTS must bring their ALCOHOL, SANITIZERS in every DUTY.
  • STUDENTS must bring their own WATER, TOWEL, TISSUES, ETC. in DUTY.
  • STUDENTS (PER GROUP) must pass their ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
    every AFTER COMMUNITY DUTY.
  • STUDENTS must pass their VIDEO PRESENTATION/VLOGS as a PROOF of
    the successful duties they’ve done.
