• State is considered a universal powerful and indispensable institution

• A state is defined as a group of people residing permanently within a particular territory with a sovereign government
• For existence of state people should live unitedly with mutau understanding inter dependence

  and common public interest
• There is no state without people
• The minimum and maximum number of people in a state is not fixed
• Population which is too much or too less is not good
