Samatha Meditation/ Calming Meditation: A type of meditation that involves calming the mind and developing deeper concentration.
Mindfulness of breathing: A meditation practice focusing on the experience of breathing, focusing on the breath in the body, leading to feeling more present and aware.
Kasinas: A meditator could concentrate on a Kasina. There are ten in total, including the elements and colours. For example, a bowl of water or a red circle.
