    a group of people related to one another by blood or marriage

    couple that aren't married who live together. could be with/without children

    few children who live together/close together with up to 4 generations

    families with three or more generations who live together or very close to each other

    keep contact and ties but don't live near each other at all

    two generations who live together or very close to each other

    marriage to more than one partner at a time

    women who has several husbands

    a form of marriage in which a man has multiple wives.

    only one child is given free healthcare and education to try and slow population growth. any more than one can be fined etc

    family diversity is found among different ethnic groups in britain
  • asian household have 21% extended families, 1 in 5 live in extended families.
