• Antidiuretic hormone (ADH) targets the kidneys and aids in reabsorption.
• Oxytocin (OT) targets the mammary glands and controls the contractions of the uterus during birth and the release of milk.
• Oxytocin is produced in the hypothalamus and sent to the posterior lobe.
