most tissue fluid passes back into venules by osmosis - proteins in plasma which didn’t pass through cause oncotic pressure ( water potential lower in vessels ) so draws Water back into blood
fluid which doesn’t return via osmosis passes into open ended lymph capillaries at which point it’s know as a lymph
