  • Bookmarking Sites: sites that allow you to store and manage links to various websites and resources, and create tags. Example: StumbleUpon/Pinterest
  • Social News: sites that allow users to post news items or links to other news sources. Example: Reddit and Digg
  • Media Sharing: sites that allow you to upload and share media content like images and music. Example: Flickr, YouTube, and Instagram
• • Microblogging: sites that focus on short updates. Example: Twitter and Plurk
  • Blogs and Forums: discussion websites that allow users to ask questions and comment on posts. Example: Blogger, WordPress, Tumblr/Discord
• Mobile technologies, such as smartphones and tablets, have become increasingly popular due to their capability to perform tasks originally found in PCs
• Assistive media is a non-profit service designed to help people with visual and reading impairments by using a database of audio recordings to read to the user
• ICT is very useful in studies for tasks like research, communication, and information management
• Research one momentous event in Philippine history where ICT played a significant role in its success
