Structural paradigm, We look into institutional factors and social structures, such as governments, establishments, the capitalistic economic system, oligarchy, the monarchy, the elite, etcIt assumes that the social orders existing in a society can

Values paradigm, “The ills of our society may be traced to our values as a
people” (Ongkiko & Flor, 2006).“We should change our values for the better and see to it
that our children adopt and imbibe positive values
