• Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome:

  • Compression of Tibial nerve as it passes through the tarsal tunnel
• Signs and symptoms:

  • Shooting pain
  • Pins and needles
  • numbness
• Assessment:

  • Dorsiflexion and eversion provocation test - as they replicate compression of tarsal tunnel
  • Tinnel’s test – posterior Tibial nerve
