Momentum

• Inertia - the tendency of an object to continue in it's current state
• Inertial mass - how difficult it is to change the velocity of the object
• Momentum - the product of mass and velocity of an object
• Momentum = mass x velocity
• Conservation of mass - in a collision, the momentum before the collision is the same as the momentum after the collision
