Brahman is the supreme power in the universe, known only by meditation and asceticism.
Brahman is beyond this world, reasoning, and anything. The world derives from Brahman and he confers liberation and bliss.
Ultimate reality: brahman is the controller, the Atman – but with the limitations of human experience, Atman is reduced to that part of Brahman which becomes known in the consciousness (in need of liberation).
When Brahman is one with Atman, Brahman is the Atman – reality is known, not duality only oneness.
Atman is the soul or true self.
Brahman manifested in three forms known as trimurti.
Trimurti: Brahma (infinite lord), Vishnu and Shiva
