Star formation

• 1. A star begins as a large cloud of dust and gas called nebula
• 2. Clamping of dust and gas forms cloud fragments
• 3. Rotation of these cloud fragments will heat up its core, forming a protostar
• 4. It will start nucleosynthesis (nuclear fusion) and begin to emit light energy
