• communicator: nurse identify client problem and then communicate these verbally (member of the HCT also)

• client advocate: nurse act to protect client (act behalf of the client) help them speaj up.
• client advocate: when you see a doctor order but potential to hurt the client and you consult the doctor.
• counselor : helping the client to recognize and cope with stressful psychological or social problem.
• change agent: make change on client behavior/illness (make modification)
• leader: influence to work together ti accomplish our goal (inspire, understand and motivate people)
• manager: delegate task and supervise and evaluate their performance (makes everthing organize)
• case manager: coordinate/work with HCT that hep manage the care of the client.
• research consumer: research to improve nurse client care (use of research to apply to nursing practice)

• profession : defines as occupation that operating requires extension education (special knowledge, skill and preparation)
• professionalism : professional character spirit or methods,a way of life that implies responsibility and commitment.
