Mitosis

• Eukaryotic Cells undergo Mitosis
• Cells need to carry out many functions for survival such as processing many substances, harnessing energy and ultimately, reproducing
• When cells grow and repair they undergo mitosis
• When a cell is no longer needed it is destroyed (Aptosis)
