  • People who are high in conscientiousness are typically diligent, hardworking, and methodical in their approach to tasks.
  • Extraversion
    • how outgoing and sociable a person is
  • Extraversion is possibly the most recognizable personality traits
  • Agreeableness - tendency to be cooperative and compassionate towards others
  • Agreeableness is the measure of a person’s warmth and kindness.
  • Neuroticism - tendency to be prone to psychological stress and experience unpleasant emotions easily. People who are high in Neuroticism worry frequently and easily slip into anxiety and depression.
