• Roles and Responsibilities of a nurse: caregiver is the most traditional and most essential role, it is considered as the "mothering actions" of the nurse.
• Roles and Responsibilities of a nurse: teacher provides information and helps client to learn or acquire new knowledge and technical skills.
• Roles and Responsibilities of a nurse: counselor helps the client to recognize and cope with stressful psychologic or social problems, to develop and improve interpersonal relationships and to promote personal growth.
