Social - Lots of the residential areas made of low density housing, Wealthier areas eg HollyWood situated right on the coast and has high value housing Watts is the poorest district has low value housing
Technological -improvements in infrastructure and roads has meant it's easy to get round and increased car ownership lead to better connection. more people work from home die to developments of internet
Policies - Urban policies have restricted planning and made it hard to built in certain areas
