  • VSU's iconic structures. Commissioned as a gift from the Baybay National Agricultural School graduates' batch 1959-1960, their names are engraved on the fountain. Served as a watering hole for students since then. 

    Frog Fountain
  • During the operation of the then Visayas State Agricultural College, centuries before the establishment of VSU, a number of these trees were planted about 60-70 years ago. Because of this, the university corner referred to this tree's street which makes it easier to navigate and gives convenience when scheduling meetups. However, due to natural disasters, only one tree has withstood the test of time.

    Old Palomaria or Bita-og Tree
  • This building is already 100 years of age and is considered a part of VSU's historical heritage. The structure of this building is still seen the same as it was before. It was also used as some kind of boot camp or a place to secure Filipino hostages during the Japanese war.

    High School Communication Arts Building
  • Constructed as a donation by the Teacher Education class of 1963, this is one of the enduring witnesses of the Visayas Agricultural College's cultural vibrance. Different programs like the Alay-Sayaw, Miss VAC, Binibining Agham were held in said structure and became the main venue for institutional events.
