• Epimysium forms tendon
• The fascicle are enclosed by perimysium
• The sarcolemma is the connective tissue beneath the endomysium
• Sarcoplasm is the cytoplasm of striated muscle cells
• The muscle triad is two terminal cisternae and one t-tubule
• z line to z line is the length of the sarcomere
• The z line anchor site for actin and titin
• the m line anchors for myosin
• A band is the length of myosin
• I band is the length of actin, no myosin unlike the A band which has both myosin and actin
• The h zone is the end of one actin to the other end of actin within the same sarcomere. (contains the thick fillaments)
• Extends from the z line and stablizes the sarcomeres?
