• tropical storm, has a wind speed of 62-88 kph
• severe tropical storm, has a wind speed of 89-117 kph
• typhoon, has a wind speed of 118-220 kph
• super typhoon, destructive, has a wind speed of 220 kph
• SIGNAL NO. 1 winds moving to 39-61 kph, maybe expected in at least 36 hrs
• SIGNAL NO.2 winds faster then 62-88 kph, maybe expected within 24 hrs.
• SIGNAL NO.3 winds faster than 89-117 kph, maybe expected in atleast 18 hrs.
• SIGNAL NO.4 wind speed of 118-184 kph, maybe expected within 12 hrs.
