• blood is mainly made up of water it carries nutrients to different parts of the body.
• Water helps remove excess water from the body through urinatiom
• The body loses water when we sweat water evaporates to help regulate the body temperature.
• The water we take in and take out should be balance.
• The urinary system is made up of kidneys,ureters,bladder and urentha it removes waste and excess water.
