• Walk in guest - a person who arrives without a prior reservation or appointment.
• VIP - has a gauranteed reservation
• VVIP - offer extra service
• FIT - a foreign individual tourist, single traveler usually w/a registered reservation
• JOINER - refers to a non-registered guests joining in occupying room
