Nominal data is data which is in separatecategories, such as grouping people according to their favourite football teams.
Ordinal data is data which is orderedinsomeway, for example ordering people based on their height.Thedifference between each piece of data is notthesame.
Interval data is data which is measure in units of equal interval. this does not have a true point of zero.
Ratio data is the same as interval, it is measured in equalintervals, but it does have a truepoint of zero.
