• Some goods are classified in terms of how long the last
• DURABLE GOODS are goods that are more enduring and last for more than one year

  Examples:

  • Car
  • iPad
• SEMI-DURABLE GOODS last for more than one use but usually break down or wear out under a year.

  Examples:

  • Water bottle
  • Pen
• SINGLE USE GOODS these are goods that last for only one use

  Examples:

  • Plastic bottle
  • Food
