  • Steps to properly use a Microscope
    1. Use course adjustment to lower stage all the way do the bottom slowly
    2. Use nosepiece to turn to low power objective
    3. Lay slide onto stage
    4. Use stage clips to make sure slide doesnt move
    5. Make sure specimen is over the light hole
    6. While looking through the eyepiece, slowly use the course adjustment to focus specimen
