  • Healthy eating guidelines
    • Base your meals on starchy foods.
    • Don't skip breakfast.
    • Eat plenty of fruit + vegetables. 5 a day.
    • Don't eat too much salt (no more than 6g a day)
    • Eat at least 2 portions of fish a week - one oily
    • Be active + Stay a healthy weight.
    • Cut down on sugars + unsaturated fats.
    • Drink at least 2 litres of water per day (6-8 glasses)
