    • The information in the heading should be more general
  • Division
    • If you decide to subdivide a particular aspect of your outline, you should be diving a heading or subheading into at least 2 parts
  • Topic outline
    • This type is usually made of phrases or clause
  • Sentence outline
    • This outline requires that each parts ends with a period
  • Alphanumeric Pattern
    • Also known as the number-letter sequence pattern. This kind of flow usess Roman and Arabic characters
  • Decimal Patterns
    • This pattern uses decimal notation
  • Writing the Draft
    • In this part of the process, you are to write the first draft by following the outline you have drafted according to your chosen topic

    • Means you are to check which parts of your draft need more explaining and which one requires deletion

    • Meams that you are to check the grammar and punctuation in your output
  • Final draft writing
    After undergoing the five processes, you have to make sure that you consider all the changes that are identified in your output

    important as determines the categorixations and arrangement of the parts that will be followed
