• Hemophilia is a disease when blood does not cloth properly and could lead to serious blood loss after injury or an surgery
• consanguineous marriage between same individuals of the same family.
• marriages from the same family increases the disease alleles coming together and increases the chance of a disease
• Two individuals coming together to from new individuals leads to recombination
• Recombination is the different genes being matched
• Variation refers to the differences between individuals of the same species. Genetic variation is the difference in genes or DNA
• Inbreeding can cause genetic disorders such as hemophilia
• Sometimes, the same genes just express themselves in a different way, without actually changing. This is called modification.
• When DNA is damaged or changed, this is called mutation
• Mutations can occur during cell division.
• Also mutagens such as radiation, uv rays, poisonous chemicals, drugs, pH, temperature changes and some viruses can be classified as mutagens.
• A mutagen is a factor which causes mutation.
