    -> This showcases the extent of the Executive’s political power, being able to become militarily involved in Foriegn Affairs by their word demonstrates a significant influence in a countries decisions and political involvment in both a National and International scale.

    Impeachment is a charge of political misconduct against a public official or president - Donald Trump made US history by being impeached twice in his presidency.

    However, On February 5th 2020, President Trump was acquitted of both charges of impeachment by the Republican-controlled senate.
    -> This shows the significant influence of the President in setting up the government sanctions, benefitting them grateful in indirectly influencing decisions.

    Therefore, despite this seeming impeachment charge, the President still has much more influence than any other political institution in the US, due to being able to control the military and influence the membership of both the legislative and judicial branches, showcasing the disproportionate power in the USA.
