• Commutative Property - This is true for addition and multiplication not true for subtraction and division
• Associative Property - True for addition and multiplication not true for subtraction and division
• Multiple - is the result of multiplying that number with a whole number
• Common Multiples - The intersection of 2 multiples
• Lowest Common Multiple - The lowest number in the set of the common multiples
• Factor - is a number that can be divided into the number without any remainder
• Common Factor - Is a factor that is common to 2 or more numbers
• Highest Common Factor - The highest number of the common factors
• Fraction - is a part of a whole
• Equivalent Fractions - Fractions that have different numbers but same values
• There are 3 types of fractions
• Proper Fraction - The numerator is smaller than the denominator.
• Improper fraction - The numerator is bigger than the denominator
• Mixed Number - a combination of a whole number and a fraction
• Rectangular Solid - volume = L X B X H
• Rectangular solid - Surface Area = 2LW + 2WH + 2LH
