• What equipment is needed for the Emulsion test?

  Food sample, test tube, ethanol, distilled water.
• What is the first step of the Emulsion test?

  Add a few cm^3 of ethanol to the food sample.
• What is the second step of the Emulsion test?

  Pour the mixture into a test tube of equal volumes of distilled water.
