  • Locomotor Movements
    • Walk: series of steps with one foot always in contact with the floor
    • Run: fast walk with both feet off the ground for a brief moment
    • Hop: spring from one foot landing on the same foot
    • Jump: spring from one or both feet landing on both
    • Skip: series of fast step-hops with alternate feet
    • Slide: glide followed by a close
    • Leap: spring on one foot landing on the other foot
