deliberately misleading or withholding information from ppd at any stage of the investigation

Constantly reminding pps of their rights and preventing any experiences of gruelling physical stress that surpasses what they’d experience in their day-to-day lives
Privacy and Confidentiality
Privacy - the right to control information about themselves
Confidentiality - the right to have any personal data protected, enshrined under the Data Protection Act
