Badminton
is a sport that is contested in international competitions. It is a sport that uses a racket and a ball called a shuttlecock.

is a shot that makes the shuttlecock fly as high as possible so that it can fall behind the opponent's court line.
Drop
Shot
is a shot that can make the shuttlecock fall near the net.
Smash
is a shot that is done with full power and swift the movement to make the shuttlecock fall in the opponent's playing area.

Attacking stance is mainly used while making smash, the player is shifting his

Defensive stance
is whenever you hit a High Clear or perform a High Serve, more to your base position and adopt the defensive stance.

stance
prepares you for an underhand service shot. Useful if the opponent hit a lift shot your way.
To get into a service receiving stance you have to
put your non-racket foot forward.
Net
stance
enables you to take the shuttle at the highest point when you're at the net. When exchanging net shots, every millisecond counts.

Forehand Grip
is a 'V shape' with having a little space between your index and middle fingers.
Backhand Grip
to set up your thumb on top of the wider section of the grip. the strings are facing the floor and the ceiling.
Bevel grip
is when your strings should face diagonally and your thumb is on the ridge/ bevel
Panhandle grip
is when your thumb is on the side of the racket, pinching the sides with your thumb and fingers
