  • Forehand Grip is a 'V shape' with having a little space between your index and middle fingers.
  • Backhand Grip to set up your thumb on top of the wider section of the grip. the strings are facing the floor and the ceiling.
  • Bevel grip is when your strings should face diagonally and your thumb is on the ridge/ bevel
  • Panhandle grip is when your thumb is on the side of the racket, pinching the sides with your thumb and fingers
