• Old urban areas are the areas of a city that were developed on the earlies.
• Examples of places in both sides of Victoria Harbour , Sai Ying Pun , To Kwa Wan
• Land use conflict occurs when two incompatible land uses are too close to each other.
• Many buildings in the Old Urban area are over 40 yr.
