    The first feature is mobile technologies are portable. This allows businesses to connect with, or provide services to, their customers and potential customers wherever they are and at any time
    The second feature is mobile technologies are location aware. This can help a business tailor their message or service and also makes delivery services more accurate
  • Give three uses of mobile technology
    The first use is for mobile commerce as a business can sell directly to their customers online or through apps on a customer's phone. This makes products and services easily available to mobile customers creating new opportunities
    The second use is mobile payments, businesses may accept payments via mobile devices in their stores.
    The last use is games, mobile games now earn more money than any other type of mobile app. They are more convenient for users than a console or pc-based games and can be played on the go.

    The first advantage is the businesses can directly communicate with their customers immediately wherever they are.
    the second advantage is the business can accept more new forms of payments, allowing customers more options.

    The first disadvantage is new competition as many existing businesses will have to compete with new businesses that deliver services that use mobile technologies. this is a disadvantage to existing businesses.
    The second disadvantage is businesses have to adapt frequently to new mobile devices and software. As mobile devices are usually smaller than laptop or desktop devices this changes the appearance of the information on screen and many businesses will have to update their website.

    The second disadvantage in the constant communication from businesses can be unwelcome as some businesses sell their databases to third parties.
