Bacteria cells

• Bacteria multiply by simple cell divisions - one bacteria cell splits into 2 bacteria cells ( binary fission)
• Bacteria can carry out binary fission once every 20 minutes as long as they have enough nutrients and the temperature is suitable
• How to make an agar gel plate without contamination :
