  • EHRC 2008-9 - the met stopped 68 out of every 1k black people in London, compared to just 24 per 1k white people
  • gov.uk 2020 - Black people were 8.9x more likely to be stopped and searched than white people

  • Housing condition survey 2011 - 40% of minority ethnic groups are in non decent housing, compared to 32% of the white majority.
  • Field and Blakemore - pakistani and bangladeshis are 5x more likely to be diagnosed with diabetes and 50% are more likely to have CHD

  • Sewell - afro-caribbean students are 4-6x more likely to be excluded and 3x more likely to be permanently excluded compared to their white counterparts
