  • Most controversial + highly criticised power
  • Used to harass ethnic communities
• Canteen culture

  • (often racist or sexist) Attitudes and norms/values among workers in a certain organisation
• Social exclusion

  When some individuals are blocked/don't have full access to the same opportunities + resources another group gets.
• Ethnocentric

  Believing that the characteristics of your own race are superior to those from others.
• FGM

  • Female genital mutilation
  • Form of child abuse
  • Seen as rite of passage in some cultures
