• Cardinal Virtues are important for living a good and moral life
• Prudence - making good decisions based on wisdom and careful thought
• Justice - treating others fairly
• Temperance - practicing self-control and moderation in all things
• Fortitude - showing courage and strength in facing challenges and adversity
• Theological Virtues are focused on our relationship with God and comes from God
• Faith - believing in God and his teachings
• Hope - having trust and confidence in God and the promise of eternal life
• Love - showing love and kindness to others
• Eros - equivalent to romantic love
• Storge - love for family
• Philos - love for a friend
• Agape - refers to unconditional love
