Cards (6)

  • the biggest limitation was not getting permission to carry out our questionnaires, so we used secondary data, which meant they were 6 years out of date
  • it was difficult to collect data on the economy as i was limited to knowing how much the overall project was costing and relying on secondary questionnaire data
  • to make it more accurate, i could have carried out the questionnaires myself, to ensure the information was more up to date and would reflect the current situation
  • alternatively, to make it more accurate, i could have conducted questionnaires via social media so that i still collected primary data for questionnaires rather than using the 6 year old secondary data
  • to get more data about the economy, i could have conducted interviews over the telephone with business owners to find out their average yearly income to see how much money is generated
  • i believe that although there were issues with the data collection, the conclusions i came to were largely reliable and therefore vaild, as the results were collected relatively recently and there was a large sample size, which shows my results were largely reliable
