  • Auditory hallucinations (most common type of hallucination)
  • People can see, feel, smell and taste things that aren't there

  • Social withdrawal (not partaking social situation)
  • Avoid eye contact
• Cognitive symptoms

  • Delusions (Believing untrue things and believing their behaviour is being controlled)
  • Language impairments (Irrelevant speech and unable to maintain train of thought)
• Emotional symptoms

  • Avolition (Lack of drive)
  • Lack of interest in hygene
  • Lack of emotion (not reacting to emotional situations)
  • Inappropriate emotions
• Behavioural symptoms

  • Stereotyped behaviours (Repeating actions)
  • Psychomotor disturbance (not having control in muscles)
