Angular Cheilitis

• Miconazole cream for up to 10 days
• Nystatin if Miconazole is contraindicated
• Combined bacterial and fungal infection due to damage to the corners of the mouth
• Red, cracked, macerated skin in corners of lips, complaints for soreness or no pain
• Refer if white patches that do not wipe of, or if severe and reccurent
