• A joint account in a bank cannot be considered as a simple type of business organization
• A Business Trust is a type of business organization.

• DOLE manpower agency can be allowed as a business name.
• There must not be separate registration of a Business name for a branch or satellite office.
• Private individuals or single proprietors are not considered merchants under the Code of Commerce.
